Orders & Delivery
We ship Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
Our FMUB team aims to process domestic orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Please note that we only ship items out Monday through Friday. Depending on the shipping method selected, it can take anywhere between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. If there are any changes in regards to shipping, you will be notified. International orders may take more time depending on the country.
Keep an eye out for emails from FMUB! The team will email with any shipping updates until your product arrives. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please send an email to support@fmubeauty.com with your order number!
FMUB is working hard to get your order in your hands ASAP. Please send an email to support@fmubeauty.com as soon as possible, however we cannot make any promises. Once an order has been processed by our facility, we are unable to change any order details. We urge you to triple check that info at checkout!

FMUB is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is marked “Delivered” on your status, please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If the address provided was correct, please contact the carrier or local post office responsible for delivering the package. After describing the situation and providing tracking, they may be able to assist you in recovering your package.
FMUB is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states + internationally. Shipping times may vary for international order or order outside of the continental United States. Thanks for your patience!
If you’ve placed an order outside of the U.S., your order may be subject to customs fees. Please understand your countries custom fees and please contact your local postal service or customs office to learn how your country may handle taxes and duties. FMUB is not responsible for any additional fees your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees.
Any brokerage charges, taxes and import fees are solely the customers responsibility. Before placing your order with us, please consider these costs.

FMUB doesn’t offer refunds or exchanges online at this time. If you receive a faulty item, we’re happy to offer a replacement product on a case-by-case basis. Please note that defective items must be noted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email support@fmubeauty.com and we’ll help get you sorted!

FMUB currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal.
Discounts + Promotions + Partnerships
At this time, we do not offer any additional discounts. Sign up for our mailing list to keep an eye on any sales or promotions!
We currently offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $65+. Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
We currently do not offer free shipping on international orders. Please be aware of any additional brokerage fees while checking out for international orders.
At this time FUCK ME UP BEAUTY does not have an affiliate program or participate in paid partnerships.
