FMUB doesn’t offer refunds or exchanges online at this time. However, if you receive a faulty time, we’re happy to offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please note that faulty items must be noted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email support@fmubeauty.com and we’ll help get you sorted!
FMUB is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. FMUB is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
